Everything you need to know about security deposits, return inspections, and garment care.
Security Deposit & Instant Refunds
A 100% refundable security deposit is collected at the showroom counter prior to garment handover. This deposit protects our handcrafted couture pieces against major damage or loss.
- Instant In-Store Refund: When the garment is returned in good condition, your deposit is reversed immediately via UPI or Cash.
- Digital Payment Verification: If you paid deposit via card or bank transfer, refund credit is initiated within 2 business hours.
Return Inspection & Damage Assessment
Upon returning the garment to the showroom, our store inspector runs a standardized 4-tier condition check:
Good Condition
Normal wear, dust, light creasing. 100% full deposit refunded.
Minor Damage
Removable stains, loose hem stitches. Minor repair charge (₹300 - ₹500) deducted.
Major Damage
Torn fabric, burns, permanent color bleeding. Repair fee assessed from deposit.
Item Lost
Item not returned. Full security deposit forfeited.
Alteration & Cleaning Guidelines
Do NOT dry clean the garment yourself before returning. Every piece returned to KRANO (Powered by Krasa Unisex Saloon & Academy) undergoes a proprietary steam wash and sanitization process included free in your rental fee.
Alterations: Permanent fabric cuts, scissor trims, or glue alterations are strictly prohibited. Our showroom tailor provides complimentary temporary reversible basting stitches during your trial fitting.
