Rental Queries Answered

Do I have to pay online when reserving?

No! All reservations made online are 100% free of charge. You only pay the rental fee and security deposit at our store during your personal fitting and physical garment trial.

Can I choose custom rental duration (more than 3 days)?

Yes! Our custom date calendar allows you to select any From and To dates according to your schedule, whether for a single sangeet evening or an entire destination wedding week.

When and how is the security deposit refunded?

The security deposit is refunded immediately upon garment return and visual inspection at our desk via UPI, Cash, or original payment method.

What if the garment needs size adjustments?

Complimentary minor alterations (sleeve lengths, trouser waists, blouse hooks) are carried out by our in-house master tailors within 24 hours of your trial.
